InSight Photographers
Workshops and exhibition opportunity
Welcome to InSight Photographers 2023 an amazing opportunity for young artists and storytellers to connect with others and their communities, and to share ideas and perspectives. You will explore, experiment and refine photographic practices, and talk about yours and others artwork and ideas. Investigating the local area through photography will encourage you to make new discoveries, and exhibiting at Te Uru Gallery offers the chance to show others your perspective.
Participants will be given technical and artistic support to make their own creative decisions. Image making, editing, and curating the exhibition will be done by you in collaboration with mentors. As well as technical skills, you can expect to develop leadership skills, gain confidence in your own voice and make some great connections with people in the community.
